I saw on FW that someone took my input on the 5% AE discount and called Dell but just said they wanted THE American Express discount. The rep gave him a 10% discount! So I called dell and told them my invoice was wrong...I only got a 5% AE discount and wanted the 10% discount. Long story short, I got an addl $60 credit making my total 779.30. It might be worth a call to try your luck.
