No, they replace any discount that's already on the TV. I checked my code and it was for a few hundred off the full price of a 26" LCD. It turned out to be $100 less than the sale price w/o coupon. Hardly worth it.

An extra $100 off of what you would be paying seems to still be worth it to me... then again. I don't have money to throw around at the moment....
