Hello Mike Dell,
My opinion. This garbage was a nightmare last year and will be again this year. Trust me, you don't need more gimmics that in the end hurt and discriminate against your loyal honest customers.
You are working hard to earn your new found reputation as the Mickey Mouse Club of on-line hardware vendors. All HP or IBM East have to do is come up with a few straightforward stackable coupon codes and you will lose even more market share.

the way dell profits are going at the moment i'm sure 'ibm east' is happy with how its going.

you can't make money by selling computers at a loss, which dell is doing too often.

Yeah, I just got tired of it saying I hadn't entered it correctly and gave up.

Tried IE as well, it keeps giving me the thing saying I didn't enter it exactly as its displayed.

Keeps highlighting certain letters/numbers grey after I type them, which I guess is indicating its wrong, but most of them couldn't be anything other than what I'm typing.

I can't get thru the verification screen either.

I got the verified thingy to work, but you have to guess sometimes. Example, "D" looks like "O" or could be "0". "G" might look like "6". They do this to fool machine/OCR, but even humans have trouble figuring out what the distorted characters are.
