vs. newegg for $107.50 + $1.99 shipping + Tax

I'm assuming the $83.21 drive on Dell is an OEM drive, becuase they also specifically list a "Retail Kit" drive for $156.75

This is a great deal if you are looking to get the Hitachi 400GB SATA drive. Its Dell branded but I believe that Hitachi is the only one making a drive of this size for now. Normally it goes for over $400 retail.
