IMHO 15.0" SXGA = 19" CRT running at 1280x1024 = perfect

I don't get it...this post has been on for a while and i've been looking at laptop deals...this one seems to be melting hot...but by the lack of response this appears to be not so hot...what makes this not so hot?

by the way, does anyone know if this bad boy is relatively heavy compared to the newer notebooks coming out these days?

This is slow and heavy compared to the Dell Inspiron 4150 but if you need it for simple web surfing, chatting, e-mail and word processing this should work just fine.

After looking at the 100 dollar rebate and it being canceled when you double your RAM, I decided to check crucial.

The same ram that eliminates the 100 dolla rebate is $37! So take the rebate and get more ram from crucial!!
