Response Time: 25 ms
Basically the Planar has a higher contrast ratio and I think it has a lower response time. It's also .4 inches larger and I hear Planar tech support is very good.
However, the Dell does have a DVI input and seems to get more positive reviews. It's also about $100 more expensive from Dell.
I went with the Planar.
