AFAIK the 1702 is a rebadged Samsung 172p. Apparently there is free shipping, so you basically pay the tax in your state on 2 monitors and divide by 3 to get your final cost. In MD, it'd come out to about $630 shipped per 1900FP, which is a pretty sweet deal.

I know many ebayers got burned on the Planar 19" LCD when Dell had it for about $620. THe ebay market was saturated with Planar 19" LCD's and I noticed that a lot didn't even break even and some even came back here to offer them for sale at cost thinking they were good Samaritans.

Can we use coupons on this or not?

Interested in 1900FP for a group buy. Southeast here. I'd be willing to drive from Tampa, FL to Macon, Georiga. So if you're in Atlanta or Miami, we can meet up. I've got cash, heatware, and eBay evals.

I'm in So Cal,

Im thinking of getting my setup that i want 15"-17"-15"

anyone interested in doing this let me know. we might be able to work something out... you purchase i purchase the 15's and you get the 17" or Something.

Ultimately i would like the 17-19-17 but that would be way to damn much money to outlay for a monitor setup

otherwise if no one is interested... i'll just get the 17's myself and keep them all

that is starting to sound better anyway

i forgot to add... im going to call my companies rep today, we are a dell medium business partner and i know i get 10% off of any system i have dell build... im gonna see if i can get that from my rep on this deal... i'll keep everyone posted.

Keep all three displays for yourself... I have three CRTs on my computer at work and it is AWESOME... windows 2000 handles it without a hitch, you just need three graphics cards... and they can be cheap ones too... you just need one good one for your primary display for games and whatnot.
Go Terps UM grad myself. Anyways, Dell can't do nothin to ya but not sell you the monitors. Tell them your small business focuses on buying hot deals off of AT forums from Dell and then selling them for a small profit on Ebay. If they don't ask you for a Federal Tax ID #, its their fault. Once they sell to you, you're free to do whatever you want with em Freedom and property rights are a good thing Chiz
thought this guy was talking to me for a second there...
wow... lots of marylanders here... good to see...

Again I'll ask. Has anyone got a response of any kind from Lance about even being able to get this offer?

Everyone is getting a little ahead of yourselves arranging group buys when I still haven't received any kind of response that this deal is valid.

Fock... the rep told me that they base the discount on the full price?

So 2 x 1900FP is priced at $899, not 809.
So it's liek $599 + tax apiece.

Based on 809, it would have been $539 + tax apiece.

This kind of kills it.

How is it killing it? It's still a good deal

I calculate $635.30 each, including a 6% sales taxs and free shipping for the 1900FP. Very tempting indeed.

I've called Jason and got 3 1900FP for about $650 each shipped (free ground) to San Jose. He is definitely a nice guy to deal with.
I have also confirmed that you can't use any other coupons/discounts along with this offer (as it's pointed out from the very beginning).

The 1900FP's are re-branded Samsung SyncMaster 191T, and are pretty cool LCDs to own.

Yes it's valid. Give Lance/Jason a call/e-mail and they'll give you the quote. Call them directly for a quicker response.

You might want to consider ordering from this other outfit in San Diego, they're having the same Dell promo. BTW, can you ask them if they have the same promo on 19" lcd displays?

I ordered (3) 1900FP's in Orlando, FL. If anyone is interested in ONE (I'm keeping two) get in touch with me.

BTW. Jason is the man to order from. Lance seems too busy to take the time.. so he lost my sale.

I'm looking at that too.. Am I missing something? Wouldn't it be $396.10 if it's buy 2 get 1 free? I live in California as well.. If you add ebates to it, it's even better

you can't use ebates, and the one you're looking at isn't the ultrasharp, it's the ve171 or something like that...which isn't dvi and has a pretty terrible viewing angle imo
