Sorry if this is a repost, but I searched for it and couldn't find anything (unless the search is dead again).
Anyways, I'm looking into getting a new LCD, and want something that is 1680x1050, will work for gaming, has an 8-bit panel, and is around $300 preferably. It seems that Dell has the monitors that best fit what I'd like. But I have a few things I can't figure out. Dell's site lists both the 2007fpw and 2007wfp. Are these the same monitor? They are the same price and appear to have the same specs.
Also, the E207wfp is billed as being essentially the same monitor as the 2007wfp(fpw?) minus a few frills. Is this really the same panel? I can't find confirmation that it's a true 8-bit panel. But if it is the same thing, I'm going to jump on it; I don't need a USB port.
Thanks
