It's real...I bought one about 6 weeks ago at this price.
Today it got a paper jam, having printed less than 200 pages. We tried and tried clearing the jam and it kept getting jammed again. A call to Dell (an my assistant's half hour plus hold time) got a replacement printer on the way after a long attempt to fix the printer.

Be warned....print quality is good, scans are slow and not as good as my Brother MF.

I'm still wondering how long it takes before the printer goes into standby and the fan idles? I didn't look at the printer long, but for a big All-in-One, it's lame that it doesn't have a proper manual feed tray.

Mine still says "in production" even though it says the shipdate is estimated to be the 9th, 4 days ago....

Not having good luck on printers this season. The free 722 that came with the Dell 3000 I got my folks is not shipping until january.
