Called Dell, told them what happened and asked how long to get a replacement. Initial response was 7-10 days. I protested and the rep said she would expedite it, but couldn't guarantee how fast due to availability. Bummed.
What bummer! I was hoping to hear from you about it by now, and jump into this ongoing discussion. Maybe you'll be lucky this time, and get it quickly. It's possible. They gold me 7 to 10 and I had it in one day. So I guess it just does depend upon availablity. They aren't necessarily inherently slow. Let us know as soon as you get it!
