The rebate should have been listed on the following order documents:
- Dell Order Acknowledgment (e-mail)
- Dell Order Confirmation (e-mail)
- your electronic invoice (go online to Order history in "My Account" and click on the Order Number hotlink)
- your online Order Details (go online to Order status in "My Account" and click on the Order Number hotlink)
- the actual Packing Slip that is included on the outside of the shipping box
In all the above examples, the rebate is usually listed as the last item number.
Have you called DSB sales yet, or talk to Customer Care? They "should" know when the rebate was active for this system. If that fails, you will need to find someone that purchased the same system around the time you did, and use the rebate associated with that system purchase to prove you should (also) receive the rebate. If there's no rebate, you have 30 days to pricematch the system against an online or catalog priced system. And as a last resort, if you're 100% sure the rebate was active, and they're not going to budge, you could ask for a return RMA and wait to buy the system when its on sale again.
