Hah, wow. Yeah, I actually picked up an X1900XT when these deals came the first time around and thankfully it shipped after 2 days. I am surprised to see that they are backordered that far though, that is pretty ridiculous.

Cool, I went ahead and ordered one of the 7900 GTXs. Where does it show the ship date though? I only noticed the "usually ships in 1-2 weeks" in the product description, which seemed fine to me.

[edit] never mind, I see it now. It says May 3rd for me. That's a long wait, but I don't need it right away in any case.

You can get them for about $10 on ebay, which is pretty good considering they save you about $140-150. I just bought one.

Based on clock speeds, the XFX Extreme should shine in performance. XFX typically gets its pick of the litter for their nVidia cards and is able to offer higher performance, more "stable" cards. But based on the Egg, alot of consumers are complaining about artifacting on the XFX Extreme - looks like XFX is overclocking their cards beyond their stability point and charging for it anyway.

BFG has great reviews and is blazingly fast. I would go with the BFG - lifetime warranty and saves you about $20. CHeers!

I ordered the XFX 7900GTX, the cheapest one, my total was $399.22 shipped including all taxes and free shipping.

i ordered it on the 19th, the last day the coupon was valid, it shipped out the same day, and DHL delivered it at 11AM this morning, only a few hours ago, i got express shipping, and paid nothing for shipping, gotta like that.

Pulled my 7900gtx EVGA clocked at 550/1750 and put this in

peforms great and clocks well.

694/1768 are the overclock speeds.

gonna sell my EVGA 7900GT now.

theres is my benchy i used NVTweak to overclock it, those are the Auto detected clocks, run perfectly stable at those speeds.
