any Dell sales rep should be able to provide. And generally speaking you should ALWAYS use a rep versus the website. Much better deals and more configurable.

I second this motion. I've saved my company tens of thousands of dollars in the few months I've been here by enforcing that we only order through our rep. They'd just go on the regular website, not even our Premiere site, and order a machine. If I call or email our rep by the morning, he'll get me a quote by the afternoon, I still get it ordered same day as the decision is made.

Afternoon? You got a crappy rep. I often will get quotes while I'm still on the phone with them The rep that sent me this sales flier is simply fantastic. She's crazier than shit, but she's top notch service. Sadly out purchases have gotten too big for her, and we got bumped up to some new sales-puke. He's ok, better than most, but not as good as Sean is/was.
