This is smoking hot imho. It's an old panel at this point, but it's still the best value for a 16:10 24" panel. And Dell's customer service is (or at least used to be) pretty amazing on these things.

I've been waiting forever to jump on 2 of these. Today's the day. Get em while the gettin's good.

I've been seriously debating getting it, as I'd like to have a third monitor; however, I wonder if I should just replace my main monitor (U2410) with a 27" Dell instead. Decisions, decisions.

I also considered, but I can't find a 16:10 27" monitor, and I'm not paying 27" prices for the Devil's Resolution. I'd have to jump up to 30" to keep 16:10, and that's too rich for my blood. I'd rather use two of these (or two of these and two old 24" Soyos, if I have the space and the GPU power), than splurge for a 30".

Also, keep in mind that the 2410 (a great monitor!) is an 8-bit panel, and this is 6-bit, so the color won't truly match, although you can probably get it close for everyday use.
