I bought my first DVD drive from Dell, and it didn't arrived on time. We thought it was lost in the mail, so they shipped me a replacement. Both drives arrived on the same day. I called them back and the rep and I laughed about it, and when I asked him how to arrange shipment back, he said don't worry about it cause it would cost more in shipping, and paperwork than the drive was worth.

Two for the price of one! Can't beat that with a stick...

That is exactly what I have done, on 3 different occasions, all 3 times they gave me a case number and told me a courier would be at my door within 3 days, yet NO ONE showed up. Also twice I have arranged a pickup through their Live online tech support. After more than 3 hours of trying to make arrangements to give their monitor back, I GAVE UP!!!

The DELL 20" lcds are even cheaper now. Cheaper than my $526 price..

Update: Got the 1st one and it had the backlighting problem. called and had a replacement sent out and just set it up and it's flawless! Very happy with this monitor.
