I bought my first DVD drive from Dell, and it didn't arrived on time. We thought it was lost in the mail, so they shipped me a replacement. Both drives arrived on the same day. I called them back and the rep and I laughed about it, and when I asked him how to arrange shipment back, he said don't worry about it cause it would cost more in shipping, and paperwork than the drive was worth.
Two for the price of one! Can't beat that with a stick...
