It's already added (as an accessory). On the right side of the page under "My System Details", just scroll down. You'll see it's already there.

I think they just raised the price to 389, in the My System Details section it lists the 23" monitor

it doesnt show at customize, but if you look at the right side in system details, it is under accessories.

Really? I'm all about raising hell. But would it really produce results?

Also, to make matters much worse, a Dell representative called me yesterday asking me about billing address, shipping address, recipient name, etc, etc -- just to "confirm the order." I asked him what the status was regarding the monitor as it said "in production" in my online account. And he told me it had shipped and would arrive on Monday, Sept. 14. I asked him to confirm and he confirmed.

Then, I got the call today by the automated voice telling me it was delayed until Oct. 13!

In my experience, Dell has a tendency to be *very* conservative on their backorder dates. I ordered the same monitor a few months ago and had the same thing happen. It was in stock when I ordered, then they said it was backordered and wouldn't ship for 2 months. Then about a week later it arrived at my door before their website even updated. Took me about 2 weeks total to receive my monitor in the end. There's obviously no guarantee the same will happen for you, but I do hear about this happening a lot with Dell.
