OH, i know that my cousin's board is running a P3 slot 1 at 550MHZ before the flip-chip era. I also know the board is supposed to be a variant of the Intel Seattle series board. I want to know if i can simply throw a s370 FCPGA celery 900MHZ in a slocket into the board and fire it up? I believe that the onboard VRM is capable of the lower voltage requirements. Do you think it will boot up at 900? or do you think there will be any issues.........i dont car if it reads out as the "wrong processor" just as long as it is a good performance increase.
