I'm returning a Dell 2405FPW within Dell's 21 days. The rep said yesterday that they would schedule a UPS pickup at my house. She gave me a return authorization number, and she said that I should write the number on the box. She said that the UPS driver would give me a tracking number and that Dell would be responsible for all shipping charges and liability since the unit was defective. UPS would not be able to tell me on which day that the pickup will occur according to Dell. The return address is:

This seems like an odd address for a return to Dell since I live only 3 hours from Austin. UPS has no record of Dell's pickup request as of this morning. I'm wondering if I should just pay the shipping and insurance and handle it myself since I only have 5 days to get the monitor to a shipper.
