Michelle Obama is very well spoken. Melania sounds like she just moved to America yesterday. Michelle is also educated and Melania is not. Well...atleast she has plenty of nude photos out there. It got her pretty far, obviously...she has a chance to be a First Lady. Probably the first one in history to have skanky photos of herself online.

But lets put class back into the white house lol I think Trump may be the first Pres hopeful that has 5 kids by 3 baby mamas.

Ronald Reagan never removed his coat, and tie in the oval office due to his respect for it. Clinton, and Obama both defiled that office. FACT!

Just putting it out there but only your own credibility suffers with ridiculously hyperbolic statements. For all her faults she did pretty well as first lady & in ny, and her foreign policy is pretty much par for course. It's hard to argue Syria is worse than Korea or Vietnam or any number of american interventions.

I mean, even I think Trump's pretty good at entertaining & rousing the plebs.
What you see is what you get with me as well. I merely expressed an opinion and if that somehow taints your impression of my overall credibility...then so be it. I'm OK with that.

Ronald Reagan never removed his coat, and tie in the oval office due to his respect for it.

Jimmy Carter installed solar panels in the White House. Ronnie, in one of his first acts as President, ripped them out, due to his ignorance, pandering, stupidity and LACK of respect for our planet.

Jimmy Carter installed 32 solar panels on the White House roof when he was president in the late 1970s. When Ronald Reagan took office in 1981, one of his first actions as president was to have the panels, which his chief-of-staff allegedly said Reagan felt were “just a joke,” removed. The panels ended up at Unity College in Maine, where they were installed on the roof of the school’s cafeteria.

She spoke no truths at all, just the usual drivel from a worthless idiot. Good riddance to her when she finally goes in January.

Do you have an Ivy League degree? Have you accomplished even a fraction of what Michelle O has?

I'm not accusing you of dishonesty, but just be aware that honesty doesn't equal truth because there are probably people who honestly believe that 2+2=22. Other wouldn't accuse them of dishonesty either, but that's the least of their problems.

And Reagan threw out the tennis court signup sheets as well! A total lack of respect for organization and managing executive authority at the White House! What a monster.

I'm curious as to why you think this is some sort of counterpoint, even a humorous one, to Reagan ripping out Carter's solar panels. Can't even you admit that his action was ignorant in all senses of the word?

If you think it was a good move, tell us your reasons for so thinking.

I feel sorry for the corrosive ugliness in which you have mired yourself . . . the cancerous ugliness you take in with each breath, the miasma of partisan insanity that clouds your vision and poisons your heart.

I am confident that History will recognize Barack Obama for all that he managed to accomplish in the face of a veritable tsunami of petulant, personal, dead-ender obstruction, shot through with vitriol and hate. History will rate him as one of our better Presidents, and Michelle as one of the finer first ladies.

I'm afraid this news will never reach the fetid morass, the teeming swamp of ugliness into which you have fallen.

May God have mercy on your hate-crippled soul.

I agree. Both Barack Obama and his wife have always handled the incredible amount of hate directed their way with remarkable grace. I honestly don't know where he gets the strength, especially when confronted with idiotic statements about his personal faith, country of origin or this ridiculous idea that he's personally made race relations worse.

People may freely disagree with his politics, but those who hold the man and his family in low regard really just reveal the ugliness in themselves.

with more people in poverty every day
Which of the following party platforms is a possible solution to people living in poverty:
A) Raise the minimum wage
B) Repeal the minimum wage

To not be in poverty, you generally need a job, else born with a silver spoon, the investments of which earn you more than a middle class salary without having to lift a finger.

To get a decent job, you usually need to be educated. Let's see:
A) More funding for education
B) Privatize schools - let someone make a profit on them. After all, those of us born with silver spoons went to elite private schools.

Hmmm?

Could it be that I don't think it's a really big deal like you do? Hmmm...food for thought.

So do you believe that 2+2=22? It sure looks like it to me. Surely you see my point. You act as if you've somehow cornered the market on truth and legitimate opinion. You're arrogance...although likely unintentional...is duly noted.

Hmmm?

Their criticism of obama policy is simply bizzare. Stuff like greater socioecon stratification stems from enacting centrist clinton-type policies which don't really do that much for the lower classes. You can figure how progressives might not like that, but conservatives literally accusing obama of becoming somewhat like them with attendant half-bad consequences for the poor.

The over the top hate for Michelle is also odd. Conservatism has always been about making something of yourself, and it sort of figures how that looks down on the plebs who ostensibly didn't do so. Yet you have someone here who comes from humble beginnings who climbed through princeton to harvard law just like her husband.

Other than racism I can't really see how anyone can make sense of this.

If your point is that opinions are created equal with respect to factual reality, it's no wonder that educated people look down on this.

Older solar panels are much bigger than they are today right....likely far less efficient, so I'd say those panels took up most of the roof, right? I read that they were taken down when the roof was being repaired...by then, they were considered *used and the reinstallation cost would have likely been hard to justify if they had already had another hot water system installed and running while the panels were down.

I would totally go with solar or geothermal for heating and cooling if it made sense. The biggest problem is always the initial installation cost and the number of years after that labor and materials expense to see a ROI. If you remember, the oil crisis was in the early 70s....by the time the panels came down, the economic climate and oil was in a totally different place.... Reaganomics was taking hold around this time and destroying companies left and right (when others were monopolizing industries...yay dirty greedy jerks)

I read something about Reagan actually squashing solar tax credits that existed back then...I didn't try to verify that, but I find that interesting. I wonder where that technology would be if the government would have supported it. Overall, I'm happy enough with my natural gas tankless water heater.....it's pretty cheap to operate compared to my previous electric tank model.

No, that's not my point. Was I not clear? I have an opinion supported by what I consider to be relevant fact and you have an opposing opinion based on what you consider to be relevant fact...to assume one's opinion is somehow based on irreproachable reality is about as narcissistic as one can get.

And as for history, if you take off the ideology colored lenses for just a second, you'd see the reality of a more divided country than ever, heading on the wrong path, with more people in poverty every day, with political correctness growing like a cancer and less freedom for the people every day. If you think those are good outcomes, then yes, he's a wonderful president. If not, then no.

None of that is actually true though. Is it that you see it, or that you want to believe it is true?

You are easily duped, my friend. One has to believe the things you believe in order to convince themselves that the single-man savior demagogue is the only one capable of rescuing from the pit of sorrow (who cares if they actually created the idea of the pit--just vote for them already!).

If we are more divided--why is that so? Do you think the president caused this? Do you think it's his mere presence in an office that "he does not deserve" according to a tiny minority of disgusting sub-human wretches, whose opinions exist below the surface, yet fester and grow into the dog-whistled popular politics that you lap up?

Obama will be remembered for the historic nature of his candidacy and the brilliance of his campaign. He is not the first President to face adversity, petulance or obstructionism. I also think he failed to deliver on his hope and change message. He certainly accomplished a few significant things, but also squandered his mandate and was never able to rally a reasonable response to an unreasonable Congress.

I also think he failed to demonstrate leadership in the Middle East. He inherited chaos. He left chaos in his wake

As for Michelle, I believe she is far more deserving of the honor of being America's first woman President. Personal gain, ambition and ego don't seem to be the things that drive her, and I can respect that.

Oh the libs are for love, and compassion, and unity?

Since when?

They are always about division politics.

Black people vs white.

Rich vs poor.

Old vs young.

Theres nothing about unity in the democratic party, its all about how do we divided people up, and get them to vote for us.

It is as if you really don't pay attention to one fucking thing and simply pluck nonsense out of your head to see if it sticks.

Did you actually watch a single moment of the RNC last week? If you didn't see the politics of division displayed without shame, then you are dumber than we all feared.

So are you going to pay fskimospy or not?

Because insulting my character without merit shows me what I need to know about yours, just like his.

If in two days HRC gets the nomination then the wager will be settled. I don't really see the point in continuing to ask a question that hasn't been answered yet. I've ignored his jibes because until she's officially nominated (which seems to be the most likely case) then throwing insults and taunts my way aren't worth responding to - it just shows he's a sore winner.

I consider the bet lost - but to be completely candid, Assanage is also known for strategically releasing the most devastating facts last, and also doing so while giving the opposition little to no time to prepare for the fallout (see the DNC having to go through 3 chairs in 8 hours as a direct example of that). I currently feel it's a 50/50 chance she gets the nod, or Assanage finally does the world a favor and releases enough dirt to finally make the blind masses see through the facade and she gets replaced.

If I lose, as it currently seems to be the case, then he will get his BTC. I'd even be willing to throw in an extra $100 on-top of what I'd owe him to raise the bet to $10,000 for the presidency, but I don't think he'd be inclined to lose that kind of cash.

I fully realize you believe in this equality in your head, but in factual reality someone who doesn't understand what factual reality or similar concepts mean isn't equal to another who does.

I don't believe in equality of opinion if that's what your saying. Most everything in my world is relative as I have not afforded myself the luxury of believing in absolutes...especially where human beings are concerned. But I am duly humbled by your wisdom.
