The special elections have been trending strongly Democratic as compared to other recent electoral results. Since these elections have generally happened in very red districts and Republicans have won by small margins, less red districts are likely in play and there are more than enough of those bluer-than-these districts to flip the House.
Is it some guarantee? Of course not. Any republican that isn't worried about these results though is lying, an idiot, or engaging in wishful thinking. In your case, maybe all three.
