Robert Becker:

"Well, seems we spent $30 million to get 48% in Georgia ... and next to nothing to get 48% in South Carolina. One has to wonder what impact $30 million would have if it was directed to state Democratic parties instead of a gazillion TV ads. Maybe try standing for something and investing in grassroots instead would be the lesson?"

Dems need to get their shit together after Obama destroyed the party, or else Repubs will be running this country for decades.

Actually it's right on CNN's front page. I'm as surprised as you that a news source as far left as CNN is calling out Democrats to this extent.

You can always tell the white nationalist breitbart crowd when they proclaim CNN as extreme leftists and obama as the ultimate evil.

You can always tell the idiot in the crowd when they can't tell Obama was all about Obama and left the party in tatters.

Why would you want $20 an hour for everyone? That's over 20% below the US median income. Don't you want to increase the standard of living in the US?

"Democrats still haven’t learned anything from the 2016 presidential election. They decided to stick with Pelosi as House minority leader and elected Tom Perez, whose rhetoric has marginalized non-progressives within his own party, as chair of the Democratic National Committee.

Progressivism is ruining the Democratic Party. It will be interesting to watch how much damage it will do to the brand before the party recognizes that progressivism doesn’t resonate with the American people, not now, nor will it in 2018 and beyond."

CNN:
"Progressives already thought Democrats were aimless. The special election wipeout might prove their point"

Oh shit, differing factions within a political party have differing opinions of what direction it should take. Must be that kenyan muslim's fault.

To be perfectly frank, you guys were much better with dog whistle racism instead of political analysis; consider sticking to what you're good at.

Wait, I thought CNN is fake news according to the President himself...therefore doesn't it follow that you as a conservative and trump supporter should not believe what they post/say? Or is it when they say what you want to hear that they'll not fake news? We libs don't get the RNC talking points memos, can you help us out? They must be mis-quoting or mistaken about the real meaning just like they do to Trump, right?

The bits which are useful to dear leader aren't fake news. Just like Chris Wallace is fake news but Fox for the most part isn't. Breibart/Hannity for example is fair and balanced to Real thinkers like Phynaz.

CNN admitting these things even though they are fake news makes them more significant.

And it is Putin who gives us our marching orders, not the RNC. Get it straight.

Tim Ryan:
"Again, it’s part of the broader national brand that average people don’t feel connected to the Democratic Party. Walk up the street and ask 10 people what the Democrats stand for, you’ll get 10 different answers. That’s no way to build a national party.”

Dems are in shambles after this.

Well that seems accurate. But I don't agree with the whole civil war thing.

Only pelosi and corporate dems like Corey Booker and company need to go.

Incoming fire!

“I think you’d have to be an idiot to think we could win the House with Pelosi at the top”
- Filemon Vela (who supported Pelosi in her last leadership race)

Historic times as we watch proggies implode. Hopefully it occurs sooner rather than later so we can get back to what the Democratic Party was before the alt-left distracted them.

Not bad Dems. You lost but by a handful of points instead of 20+. That district is a hard sell so picking up 15 points is significant. Trump isn't likely to become more sane if he's still around in 2018.

Skew the results +15 points on average towards Dems and a lot will change.

Why even refer to the KKK any longer, to even mention them validates them, there's only what 4,000-8,000 of them left according to the Southern Poverty Law Center, granted that's too doggone many, but they're a joke and should just be ignored as long as the organization seems to be dying.
I'm not buying into those overly conservative numbers not one bit.
