I know in my career I’ve spoken with people who live in five million dollar homes and I never like to be nickel and dimed by them. Since my several hand surgeries this past 9 months I've taken up daily hikes starting at my house and going up into the Berkeley hills (1000 feet elevation rise from my house in the flatlands). Pretty humble where I live compared to the homes I see as I get closer to the trailhead. When I get to those, I see fancier cars, lots of Teslas (so many Teslas in Berkeley!). The houses, yards and cars are well taken care of (cars generally look like they were washed yesterday). I'd say on the last few blocks the median home value has to be over $5M, likely $7M, possibly $10M. These are big fancy houses, each quite different. I've been wanting to ask people there what their estimate is but haven't found anyone yet to ask beyond one guy and he said he has no idea, his wife bought it!

Kamala is the Democratic nominee because Joe Biden picked her to be his running mate, which is partly because he committed to picking IIRC a female. If Kamala's elected, Joe should be immortalized. You can just pull estimates up on Zillow or Redfin, it's not going to be perfectly accurate, but you can filter for recently sold to see actual values.
