mmmmmmmm, cereal. I saw this cereal thread and had to mention a recent experience I had with a major name brand's box of cereal. A few days ago, I woke up, stumbled downstairs, and grabbed a box of cereal. I opened the sealed bag, and poured myself some nice squares of cereal. I grabbed a couple from my bowl and started eating a few, too lazy/tired to pour the milk yet. A few minutes later, I look up at the box, and I notice a half-inch winged bug crawling out of the bag. I say to myself, "ew, a bug fell into the bag of cereal..." I grab the bag and look inside, and to my surprise, I see more of the same bugs crawling around inside the bag.

yuck.

Needless to say, I quickly dropped the bag and spit out the mouthful of cereal I had shoved into my mouth... and grabbed some alcohol to cleanse my palate with fire, so to speak. bleh. First thing I thought of was lawsuit... well, actually, the first thing I thought of was, "Damn, I want to puke!" So, I suppose the lawsuit idea was second thing. Unfortunately, the lawsuit idea isn't very likely, so I'm stuck with the option of trying to convince the company to pay me in exchange for me not letting the newspapers and their investors hear about this incident. Anyone have any ideas? bleh. From what I hear, this is a common problem, though...

er so 12 bux for 7 servings of cereal... their servings, not real servings most ppl use either 15 dollar gift cert is basically a 3 dollar cert after this.
