My shipping notices usually straggle in a couple of days AFTER the package is delivered!!

Received the same e-mail, didn't check my e-mail until the 22nd, responded right away.

For a day at least my order text showed "we are processing your order" now it is back to "one or more items is currently unavailable but we are doing all we can to fulfill your order".

Ship date *still* shows "Call for latest ETA".

Kinda feel like I'm waiting for the aliens from Haley's comet to come beam me up!

they sent an email to me a while back too. I ordered on 12/11/01, they sent an email saying shipment would be delayed to 2/28/02, but then I was notified the order shipped on 1/18/02 and I received them all on 1/24/02. all retail boxed still in plastic. nice. gonna sell them to my work since we have several offices across the country that we're going to need to set up networks for.

I get email around 5 pm and there is an email from Dell that my order has shipped (had been set for 3-22), and five minutes later comes UPS with box 1 of 2. Seems Dell can be pretty quick sometimes. Box 2 with the remaining units should be here Monday according to the tracking # on the packing slip. Bout time eh?

Looks like mine are here now. When I got home from work yesterday I found a delivery note from UPS re Dell shipment (they will not leave at the door here). Let's hope that there will be someone here on Monday to accept delivery.

Now for the OM deal. Why not buy 1 from them to get the sales receipt. Now photocopy the receipt
and keep it and return the product to OM. Now you have a receipt and a barcode from one of the Dell boxes. Coupon only needs a copy of a sales receipt. So you have all you need for the $10.00 rebate from OM.

They may track by receipt number though. I just don't think that they do because of the sheer amount of labor involved and the potential for wrong data entry.

Just my thoughts.
