I would one go about destroying monitor without opening it up?
I heard something about running at high refresh rates...

Is there any ways to burn pixels?

Please help my curiousity...

1. This seems really useless. Keep the monitor as a backup.
2. Foiled, monitors turn themselves off if the refresh rate and resolution are too high.
3. Newer monitors don't have problems with burn in.
4. If you really want to wreck it pour water on it while it's on.

1. like I said, smash it with a hammer.
2. drop it out of a very high window (or any high place)
3. have some fun with it and us it like a bowling pin
4. take it apart and hope like heck it doesn't kill you
5. *note, this will require the use of a potato cannon* take it out back and take pot-shots at the thing
6. for that matter, take it out back and hit it with any projectile
7. blow it up

That's all I can come up with now, If I think of any more I'll tell you

Do what someone in my dorm did (funny as hell, lol). Drop it out a 3rd story window. I didn't do it and someone from down the hall ran in asking if we threw it out the window.

Can tell I go to a tech school.....

Urinate in the heat vents (make sure it's off when you do it). Even if the monitor still works, it'll reak so bad that I would classify it as "destroyed".
