Device for dual 5.1 output

Hello
im just wondering if any one knows of a device that i can plug into the back of my computer (P5W DH) that will allow me to plug;

A. 5.1 speaker system
B. 5.1 headphones (microphone and usb connector for power)

i found a zalman dual output thing tha thas individual volume control but it dosnt seem to have enough ports for me to plug my headphones speakers and power in.

Does anyone know of anything that will allow me to this? or at very least something i can plug into the back of my computer that extends to my desktop so i can swap all my cords over tehre without havng to pull my computer out when i want to switch between headphones/speakers.

You could get some splitters or you could run extensions to your desktop.
