DF question from banned member (sean2002)

Sean sent me a message to my TA profile Email address and because I'm a slacker and I don't check that address often I didn't get it until today. Anyway, I'm new to the DF team and I'm far from an expert. Hopefully someone can help him? If so I'll copy/paste the text into an Email reply to him.

"I go by sean2002 on the DF team. I have a system with over 800,000 structures buffered and I can't get them to upload. I keep getting errors (foldtrajlite) everytime I try up load using DFgui. Can you place a post at the forums asking if there is anything I can do to save these structures."

Wow, he must not delay. If they were from the last casp5 he will only be able to get credit for a matter of hours. I can't remember how long a grace period Howard decided to give, but I don't think it exceeded 48 hours.

they are most likely expired structures, unlikely he will get credit

its a down side to DF , there is a timeliness requirement that some people are not used to, you snooze you lose with DF

DF also requires higher bandwidth than most other DC projects, large farms could get bottlenecks on a shared dial up line

Awwww, that will suck if he doesn't get credit. Now I feel even worse for not checking my Netscape Email account.

Is Sean's banning a temporary thing? Hopefully it is and he'll be back among the forums soon.
