I am interestd in these nforce 4 boads and utilizing ecc (error correction code) memory.
Could someone help me out and double check the bios of the asus a8n-sli deluxe board and tell me if it does actually have a switch for the ecc option of the memory.
Also does the dfi nforce boards sli or ultra, have this option in the bios.
You see, I want to know if the boards not only accept the memory, but actually take advantage of that ecc functionality, and that is the only way I know of checking for that. If you have any other ideas of how to tell for certain, please tell me.

PS. if someone knows of some 512mb sticks of single sided (banked) ecc memory that works with either board, please tell me. Also is there a banking stipulation if all 4 dimms will be used (ie 4 banks total to get make performance), if you utilize 8 banks does that push the effective memory type from pc3200 to something like pc2700 or even less?
