Hi Everyone,
I've been building out my lab and built out a Windows DHCP server. I have a router that acts as a DHCP server as well. I'm having issues with one NIC being active and leased either from the Windows server or router and another NIC being turned on.
LAB IP subnet (internal) with Windows DHCP server
Windows clients
Linux clients
Windows servers
Router IP subnet (external) with dhcp server
Windows clients
Linux clients
Windows servers
If I enable the external NIC, they will receive an IP address from the router just fine. However, if I enable the internal NIC, the DHCP request never hits the windows dhcp server.
Thinking I'm missing something, but for the life of me I can't think of it.
