I will try to explain this as best as possible.
To connect to my schools wired LAN, we had to set up a network connection that uses our school ID and password.
The problem is, the "connect to network" for my school keeps popping up all the time when I am not at school, and connected at home. When it does so, the computer will not allow any internet access until I click cancel. This happens as often as every few moments, then goes away for a bit, then comes back.
Short of deleting the network connection for my school, I have no idea how to make it stop.
This is on a copy of Windows Vista 32 SP1, with all updates installed.
