Cyanogenmod has added the One's repos to their GitHub. Expect nightlies in a few days.
WTF is wrong with HTC?? My carrier (3.dk) delayed availability yet again to end of May!!! Talked to a rep at a store and HTC is not sending them phones... This is getting ridiculous...
I'm stuck on my old iPhone 3GS (my 4S shattered ) and my god... it's physically painful to use...

Is that a small regional or foreign carrier in a small market? HTC is probably supplying their largest carriers first, which makes financial sense.
Does anyone know of a good desktop dock/cradle for the htc one?
I haven't bought it myself, but this looks pretty good:

Thoughts on how the GS4 Google Edition will effect the HTC One sales? Any chance of seeing an HTC One Google Edition?

I think it went from two horse race to one. I don't see how anyone can now consider HTC One over GS4. Development for GS4 will be insane.

Actually, I think it went from a One horse race back to two.
What's funny is how many people who bought the S4 prior to I/O must be facepalming now.
The One is still more than competitive:
- HTC One's Sense with Blinkfeed might not be the stock experience, but it's still fluid and lag-free, minimal (not bloated like Samsung's TouchWiz), and HTC Zoe and Highlights is are awesome features
- HTC One still has a superior camera especially for low-light
- Stereo front-facing speakers
- I don't care whether if someone prefers plastic, I like the aluminum body of the One
- 32 GB storage built-in
- Better screen
- HTC Media Link HD link works with ALL HDMI televisions (Samsung's similar feature works only with Samsung televisions)
- Lower price off or on-contract
If you only care about getting updates quickly and the stock Android experience, feel free to ignore everything above. What the Google GS4 actually does is provide some overlap between the potential customer base of the Nexus 4 and the GS4, at least among those with at least $650 to spend on a phone.
A) Regardless of community, the GS4 is still gigantic
I don't really care about the rhetoric but the One is mostly larger and heavier than the GS4.
Even then, it's literally a 10 gram difference. Size is pretty much the same to me though.
These phones are honestly the same in dimensions and mass.
