** SPOILERS! **

I don't understand how the placebo thing at the end got him out of it. I know they were lying but, he still intended to take oxycodone, so what difference does it make?

because, intending to do a criminal act is not the same as doing it.

That was a pretty good episode.

I have to admit I laughed my ass off when we found out that he got the Rehab Guard Guy to slip him Vicodin.

I guess it is also good to know that Tritter isn't a complete ass hole (Seeing as he wish House good luck).

Tritter is still an a-hole. I doubt the wishing luck was truthful.

I'm glad the judge semi-called Tritter out for starting that witch hunt in the first place.

Yea, Tritter is still an asshole and will be secretly investigating House.

This episode sucked, the brain wipe thing was BS, at least the long tritter subplot is gone for good now.

Good episode - I'm glad to see that House will continue to be House. Otherwise, I'd probably wouldn't watch it.

I thought it was hilarious that they mimicked House on Scrubs last week and they both sort of ended up with people with broken hearts. That cracked me up.

Side Note: WTF@No new House for three weeks?!? You do your long as hell midseason break, then come back for a single ep, then go on hiatus again? FFS, cut us a break and reschedule whatever stupid trash you've got going on a different Fox-owned network.

Last bit where we find out he's been paying off the security guard to slip him vicodin was gold, as was Cuddy making House her b1tch. Otherwise, the whole brain thing was pretty bad, and the court case is even more ridiculous.

I'm curious about where this is going... I don't remember any cross network tie-ins or promotions in the past.

My Name is Earl... "Our Cops is on" - Full usage of Cops logo and music NBC/FOX
Scrubs - "My House" - Spoof of House + patient dying of broken heart NBC/FOX
House - patient dying of broken heart

Did NBC and FOX join forces for some of their programing ? Are they just whoring each other out in a ratings grab ? Is it just the writers messing with each other ?

Heh, the placebo thing reminded me of A Few Good Men:

Kaffee: It was oregano, Dave, it was a dime bag of oregano.
Lieutenant Dave Spradling: Yeah, well, your client thought it was marijuana.
Kaffee: My client's a moron, that's not against the law.
Lieutenant Dave Spradling: I got people to answer to just like you do. I'm gonna charge him.
Kaffee: With what, possession of a condiment?

I'd guess they're just messing with each other. I doubt Fox was too happy about the Scrubs episode.

I'm not sure the subplot is over.

Some other things didn't line up. Why was he getting sick if he wasn't withdrawing? And why would Cuddy tell Wilson she lied? He has spilled the beans in the past. Now he's an accessory.

I agree, Tritter will probably be back at some point.
