That does sound pretty clear, although I would have liked to hear the beginning of her speaking. Cutting in mid sentence makes it look shady, as if she might be born a citizen with illegal parents. Maybe she doesn't want to draw attention by voting. I'm not sure we have the full context here aside from Obama continuing his "you won't be deported" policy.

She was speaking of illegals, but the President made references to qualify his statements for legal voters representing their community. Obama actually took the time to guard against the very thing he is being accused of. I definitely have to side on this being a false accusation.
