It’s alnost as if conservatives aren’t being genuine in their arguments! They could argue against it on the merits, the only problem is that the merits don’t support their position. They could change their position but that means admitting conservative ideology was wrong. Much easier to just lie.

Seriously though, it seems that every time a "yes we can" moment arises they are always the ones to go "no we can't". After that no one asks "well why the fuck not?" which should be done rather than just repeating the whole idiocy over and over and over and over... I'm getting fed up with the idea that we can't, of fucking course we can if we want to, we are the arbiters of our own fate just like everyone who came before us and that works both for individuals and as a society.

If I was to design a healthcare system today I'd look to the *shudders* French... They have it right.

Cheaper than anyone else and better outcomes than even the Nordic nations.

They can just hold doctors & hospitals at gunpoint to get the care they need... little do they realize that defunding the ACA will close small town regional hospitals all over America.
