No I didn't because the State Championship for Rowing was the very next day and we were first place contenders. Couple of people in my boat did though, and it mighta had an effect. Looking back, wasn't a bad choice.

yes, three...

my gf's junior and senior proms, and my senior prom.

my senior prom was definitely the best she went to an all-girls school so her proms ended up being 95% PMS'ing megabtches... meanwhile, I went to an all-boys school so our whole prom was arranged by a bunch of other guys. it was hella fun. the prom theme was based around the Led Zep song "Stairway to Heaven"

No.

The sad part is I was actually popular back then (and hot -- thanks mom/dad!) so I got asked to the prom by a few girls. I didn't really like any of them though and figured it was pointless.

I look back at it now and think I should have gone anyway. Oh well, can't do anything about the past.

Really I just had no interest in going to prom. I didn't go to graduation either.......

Had a great time at mine, was a great chance to hang out with your graduating class one last time before everyone goes their seperate ways. Although I still keep in touch and hang out with my close friends from high school, it was moreso to hangout with those acquaintinces, etc.. that you made during HS.

You'll regret it later if you dont go.

No, you won't!

I escaped without attending "Homecoming", Prom or anything else, only to be sucked into to taking my future wife to her's, at her school. Yep, it sucked even harder than I imagined! :|

No. I wasn't dating anyone and didn't feel like shelling out the ~$500 for suit, tickets, limo, flowers, etc.

i forgot all about homecoming

my team always lost. and since christian schools here...well, they play flag football, we did it during basketball. because you cant really get dressed up with a chick, then wrap flags around your waist and look at her again at the end of the night.

still always lost, and homecoming sucked. really, my school sucked entirely and i feel deprived :/

edit: but only a little.

Didn't go, didn't care, still don't miss it. Yes, I could have had dates; was asked out by two girls, but I don't dance and I'm not a party guy. Plus, it'd be a huge waste of money - back then and even now, I'd rather have a 7900GTX or a new lens for my camera than spend my time at a gathering such as the prom!

No. Don't regret it at all. The middle school dance I went to was lame, so never went to any more of them. I was more into the local music scene than stupid school functions.
