Amazon collects taxes from me since I live in WA.

WA has no state income tax so there's no easy way to pay for any other online purchases. That's already figured into the very high sales tax so I don't worry about it.

Everything I've purchased online in the past year fell under our tax exempt status. So, use fee does not apply. In fact, I paid more sales tax than I was required to, simply because it wasn't worth the bother for some small purchases to claim tax exempt status.
