Yes. You need to create a custom resolution with a specified refresh rate.

I've tried it and didn't notice any difference in smoothness on various dell IPS panels so I reverted back to 60 - it's a very YMMV thing though! I can get 85hz on both the 2713hm and u3011.

Thanks - found it in the control panel. Figured they would have a more polished tool considering how they were touting this feature. Haven't had a ton of time to test, but it definitely seems YMMV.

Any chance these will hit $800 in the near future? It's an amazing GPU, but I feel like $800 is a fair price for one of these.

The Microcenter in OC has a single one left. $1150+ tax for the Asus variant. Damn, that's going to be over $1200 bucks for a video card.

They're selling out at this price. It's kind of a halo product though so keeping it out of reach for all but the most absolute die-hard is probably their goal...at least for now.

I got one and it throttles like crazy. Just like most of the people on OCN. What a crappy "enthusiast" video card.

Want to give us some more details ?

Mine runs 1.1 Ghz constant with pretty silent fan speeds.

Yeah, mine runs like a champ too. 1125ish with decent fan speed and thermals. The only thing I notice is that I can get some pretty decent coil whine if the frame rates get really high

Don't forget, OCN is a whole different breed.

I bet most of those guys are trying to get 40% overclocks or something.

I noticed both of mine had coil whine when I ran 3DMark11 on them. I'm guessing this is just the way they are. Most cards I've had give off some noise under the right circumstances.

No, mine throttles down to just over 1ghz at my max stable oc in some games. I've seen vcore throttle down to just over 1v for no reason. Something is clearly wrong with Titan. There are a lot of people on ocn reporting the same behavior.

Finally under water:

Maximum GPU temperature I observed during my short tests was 39° Celsius. No throttling, no noise.

what are your temps when the card throttle's? Are you on the stock fan profile?

I set a fan curve manually. I game with my head between 2 cans ao I tolerate higher fan speeds so I get low temps. I have my card pretty much go to 60-70 fanspeed when the card gets to 55c. I almost never get a dips in clockspeed. With 125mhz boost and 106% power I'm seeing 1125mhz in game 95% of the time

boxleitnerb, what does the rest of your liquid cooling system look like? Those are impressive temps.

Just throwing this out there - and this has been observed by Bababooey as well - GPU boost 2.0 isn't dependent on temperatures. GPU boost 1.0 was - the older behavior was to downclock as soon as you hit 70C. This is not the case with GPU boost 2.0, it is completely different and inconsistent. Throttling occurs more frequently with higher fan settings, and 68% fan or higher with Titan will immediately cause down-clocking. In fact, if you input manual fan 70% the card will only boost to 1050? Or something along those lines. There's a pretty extensive discussion at OCN in the Titan owner's thread and the nvidia driver forum (geforce.nvidia.com? I think) regarding this.

I hope the manual fan issue is a driver bug. There's a lot of great info in the OCN thread, it's worth checking out. Those guys are dissecting every inch of the new behavior with GPU boost 2.0. I'll also add that every single one of those guys are using auto fan, because when your fan hits 68% or higher the card immediately downclocks. So their best boost speeds are always with auto fan, or extremely low manual fan settings....

Obviously the sample size is too small at OCN to make such a claim for all cards because my cards don't downclock when fan speed = 68%. I use a custom profile and I frequently hit 70-72% steady and I don't experience downclocking. One of my cards runs 1097 to 1124 depending on card load and the other stays at 1137 to 1150.

WIP, so please don't laugh:

9x140 radiator with 9xNoiseblocker PK2@500rpm, Aquastream XT (modified Eheim pump) and the coolers for GPUs and CPU. I guess during summer and extended gaming, temps might rise to 45-50 degrees.

As for the throttling, I think there is a hard coded power limit in the bios. Once the card hits that, it's game over. One of my cards throttles to 1084 MHz (worst case in AvP benchmark) while being 35° celsius cold!

I would also be curious as to how you're measuring your clockspeeds in game and in benchmarks. 314.09 and 314.14 are coded to downclock at 68% manual fan or higher, that's a fact that has been observed by everyone and has been reported at both OCN and the nvidia forum. Furthermore, bababooey and boxleitnerb can verify this fact. Clearly it is a driver bug, or at least I hope it is. The best method for monitoring clockspeeds *IN GAME AND IN BENCHMARK* is using MSI afterburner overlay and seeing it on the screen while using 3d functions. If you're doing it by any other means, it may note be accurate - case in point, The new unigene benchmark reports incorrect clockspeeds with kepler chips, also.

By the way, the manual fan throttle also happens with 314.14 and all 600 series cards. It happens with my 680s. As soon as it hits 68% or higher, boom, downclocked to 1020mhz.

You could probably mount the rads to the side panel with standoffs for better airflow. That way you could get everything inside. That would function and look good.

Nice gear, dude. My blocks and stuff are coming tomorrow. I decided to get backplates as well though and EK hasn't shipped them yet, so I will still be waiting to put everything together. Corsair 900D is out in a week or so and I plan to move my system into one of those, so I may just end up waiting even longer, rather than rebuild it again when I get the new case.

Wish I had mine up and running under water already like you do.
