You could probably mount the rads to the side panel with standoffs for better airflow. That way you could get everything inside. That would function and look good.
I would never hurt my TJ07! In August I'll get the new Murderbox MK2, then all stuff will finally go inside for good. It's only outside now because I change things quite often and it's more comfortable this way.
Also I find it very convenient for cleaning and replacing noisy/defect fans to have the rad externally. More space inside the case, less problems with tubing and cables etc. Makes it easier to change water too since I have a couple of easily accessible quick connects directly at the in- and outlets of the rad.
Btw if my rig is Mecca, what is this then? Must be paradise
(not my rig!)

$4000+ of GPUs and air cooling? Why?
The stock blower is more than sufficient given the TDP limitation
Some people don't want to bother with water cooling, that's why. My three GTX Titans are going to remain stock air cooled.
Oops... yeah, it's the one in the middle
Why would you want to take off one of the things that makes the card so expensive? I bet Nvidia is charging hundreds more just because of that heatsink. I wouldn't liquid cool the cards either.
