You could probably mount the rads to the side panel with standoffs for better airflow. That way you could get everything inside. That would function and look good.

I would never hurt my TJ07! In August I'll get the new Murderbox MK2, then all stuff will finally go inside for good. It's only outside now because I change things quite often and it's more comfortable this way.
Also I find it very convenient for cleaning and replacing noisy/defect fans to have the rad externally. More space inside the case, less problems with tubing and cables etc. Makes it easier to change water too since I have a couple of easily accessible quick connects directly at the in- and outlets of the rad.

Btw if my rig is Mecca, what is this then? Must be paradise

$4000+ of GPUs and air cooling? Why?

Depends on if you're deaf or not. With the stock cooler and the power and temperature targets at 106% and 85°C respectively, I couldn't sustain 1006 MHz even at very high fan noise. At times clocks went down to the low 900s. Now I can maintain 1137 MHz most of the time with some few exceptions.

Some people don't want to bother with water cooling, that's why. My three GTX Titans are going to remain stock air cooled.

Why would you want to take off one of the things that makes the card so expensive? I bet Nvidia is charging hundreds more just because of that heatsink. I wouldn't liquid cool the cards either.

What am I doing wrong? I can't get my card to throttle at max fan speed. I set my overclock to +125, mem is at +100. I bump power target up and leave the the gpu temp at 82c. Card holds rock steady at 1125mhz.

What I do see somethimes is that the gpu usage dips here and there which is seemingly showing signs of a cpu botleneck occuring off and on. I'm running a 3770k @4.5 switching between 2560 and 1080@120hz

Lucky bastard
What is your ASIC value? You can check with GPU-Z, right click on the top left graphics card symbol to select the test.

I just played for about an hour of Crysis 3 with a custom fan profile that put the fan at 65% when it got to 55c and stayed there. Temps never even made it to 70c with an OC setting of +125 core and +150 mem. Card stayed pinned at 1125 as much as I could tell. I looked at it from time to time and that's what the OSD said.

The trick is to setup the "power" osd and monitor what the power usage is and stying under whatever threshold you have set. I have 106 set and by upping my ram oc to 200mhz from 150 it'll bounce me off that limit and my overclock throttles often.

The default bios definitely limits the max overclocker in us but honestly it should only affect benchmark guys since they are the crazy's who fight over every last 3dmark point. In the real world there is too much to gain after the 106% limit is reached. As it is I can run my card at 1125 core and 1600 ram (I think) comfortably.

Asic is 79.2.

Looks like the supply will be catching up with initial demand soon. They've popped in and out of stock at many places today. Could have snagged two off amazon earlier, but I'm not quite ready to purchase.

Like I've said all along, you've got to find your max core overclock, and THEN up your memory until it starts to throttle the core in games.

Finished it up tonight.

The open end of the Titans works really well with the HAF-X 3-Way fan shroud.

haha

You could probably find someone to pay at least $100 for one I bet. I'll need them at some point for when I sell the cards though.
