Maybe I'm blind but the only mention of asprin on there is giving the dosage.

Your CTRL + F broken?
I did a find, there is only one instance in the dosage.

That's because "asprin" is actually aspirin.

Don't make the huge mistake of falling into that trap. If you take any type of diet pill you'll have more problems the being lazy and obese in the future. They can even give you a heart attack.

they all work. Only thing is, you've got to eat the pills and the pills only. No food. That way you lose weight.

You have to address your diet. Make permament changes. Don't buy what's marketed as healthy, because it's usually a bunch of bullsh1t.

I'll lazily list some things you should do.

All drinks should be: Water, green tea, coffee
Avoid all products with significant amounts of : High Fructose Corn Syrup, sugar, white flour, partially hydrogenated ______ oil, fruit juice

Eat:
Fresh fruits
Fresh Vegetables
Nuts
wild fish
lean meats
yogurt
skim milk

To be fair the other spelling is on the page too.

If you don't want to go to the gym and start a regimented exercise program, then at least start tracking your calories on a daily basis using this website:

fitday

Try to shoot for the same number each day, and then start reducing your daily total by 200 each week until you start to lose weight. You obviously don't want to lose too fast though.

You might also lose muscle in the process, but since you refuse to workout, I guess there's nothing to be done about that.

Yeah, I've been using that site lately.
I found out that 3,500 calories equals 1lb of fat.
I also learned that according to my height, age and gender... that my body required 2,700 calories a day to maintain its weight. So, by cutting 500 calories from my daily food requirements, for 7 days I could lose 1lb a week.

500calories x 7 days - 3,500 calories (3,500 calories = 1lb of fat)

I wanted to lose 2lbs of fat per week so I cut out 1,000 calories and consume 1,700 calories a day. In addition I do a different activity each day for variety such as aerobics, tennis, bicycling, walking and basketball.

With this knowledge, I have been burning 2.5 - 3 lbs a week

Also, I have increase my metabolism by eating 5 - 6 meals a day.

9AM I eat breakfast
1PM Lunch
3PM Snack
5PM Snack
7PM After workout Powerbar
8PM Dinner

I always feel full and not hungry.
It has been a total lifestyle change...
I gave up coke and beer
I switched from potato chips to rice cake chips
I switched from white bread to wheat bread (40 calories/slice)
I switched from Caesar salad dressing to Raspberry Vinagarette (moderation is key)
I switched from regular Mayo (60 calories/serving) to No Fat May (10 calories per serving)
I switched from Big Macs and Cheeseburgers to Subway Turkey sandwiches (no mayo, I take it home and use my own)
I stopped using my fryer and bought a George Foreman grill for making Chicken Breast for dinners (Chicen Breast on Wheat Buns, Chicken Wraps with Wheat Tortilla, Chicken Salads)
I force my self to drink lots of water through out the day instead of cokes
I use fitday to monitor my calories and track my progress
I plan out my activities and stick to them.

You gotta make a plan.... fat is the enemy.. in order to achieve you objective you need a comprehensive plan on how you will attack and defeat it.

Studies show that 80% of ppl who track and monitor their food will be successful.
Ppl who use diet pills, starve themselves, etc... usually fail and fall back to their old ways and habits.

I use hydroxy cut as a supplement to my weight loss. It does seem to help but only when i am doing my work outs consistantly. I use a dosage lower then whats recommended because it makes me stay up too late at night.

It's good to keep track but keep in mind all of those BMR calculators can be way off. The best bet is to eat the same number of calories for a week or 2 and track your weight first thing every morning. If your average weight doesn't change much over those 2 weeks, then you are probably pretty close to maintenance calories.

But if you are already losing at a reasonable rate then

Funny you mention these. In the past year I did a 6 week run of clen/t3, it was very effective but t3 is not muscle sparing ;(

DNP is the most potent fat burner on the planet with a perfect diet. After 10 days I knew it was time to stop. I shed roughly 1 lb per day and lost no muscle.

disclaimer: I do not advocate the use of these products.

You need a lifestyle change in order to lose weight successfully. Popping pills isn't the answer.

Ding ding. They're supposed to be used in conjunction with an excercise and diet program anyway.

That's because they're utter placebo bullsh!t. If you have any scrap of intelligence or self-respect left, you'll suck it up, start eating right, and excercise for a change.

Laxitive & water work well too, and so as vomiting.

I prefer eating balance meals, water, and lots of excercise as a dieting method.
