edit: So it turns out, this allergant/breathing issue isn't so much dietary as it is pollen/airborne, and I found this out for a couple reasons:
1) this problem of congestion only really happens when I am in san diego in a specific house.
2) everywhere else in CA (norcal, socal) I don't have this problem.
3) I got an air filter/purifier for this location and I am not as badly affected. So here's my question: would I need to take the air filter's contents to a professional to get a good read on what would likely be causing the problem?
Here's another question: do you think it could be the acacia tree in the backyard with all of its flower/leaves?
