Difference Between Enermax EG351P-V and EG351P-VE?

What's the difference between both of these power supplies? except that the EG351P-V has gold fan grills...

Besides having golden grills, VE also has thermal control sensor, which you can connect to your motherboard (if it supports it) and your power supply fans will be thermally controlled.

Actually the VE is automatically thermal controller by a sensor inside the PSU.
