Difference between Gigbyte X58A-UD3R and X58A-UD5

Big price difference between the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R and the GA-X58A-UD5 but as far as I can tell, the only real difference is:

-One LAN on UD3R vs two on the UD5
-UD5 has much cooler looking heat sinks
-UD5 has more phases for OC 12+2+2 vs 8 phase on the UD3r?

I'm thinking I'd be plenty happy with the UD3R and put the $$$ saved into RAM or graphics card Am I overlooking something?

not sure about the A series, but the X58-UD3R only has 4 ram slots. Also, might be difference in multi GPU support.

It has 6 slots. I'm pretty sure they both handle same number of GPU cards. I was going to spring for the Asus P6X58D but UD3R is nearly $100 less at Microcenter right now.

in that case, I would go for either, but would lean toward the cheaper.
