591 is white, same stand as 396. Could be as simple as varied naming for different markets (power connector types, materials restrictions, etc.). They all use the same 1800R VA 1080p panel.

If I know that panel - picture quality was the same as some other of these that I mention I would buy that other to spare some money. I asked Samsung support on live chat but they don`t know anything
What will you be using the monitor for? If gaming, any reason you wouldn't want something like a VG248QE, XL2411, or XB240H for about the same amount of cash?

gaming 50%, surfing 30%, movies 20%. I want 27", 24" and TN panels is out of the option. I like VA panel because I like to play dark games (horor, cyberpunk) and I want good blacks without backlight bleed.
There are some VA 144 HZ with good price like Acer XZ271 and Samsung C27FG73 but they all have a lot of problems like backligh bleeding, purple colors and flickering.
