Seagate ST3400832A-RK and Seagate ST3400632A-RK.
They're both 400gb IDE drives at great deals on outpost right now. Not looking, I bought the one for $140, and then when I searched again, I found the other 400gb Seagate for $130. The $130 lists nothing about the 5 year warranty so I don't know if it's the same sans warranty or what, but it's got a 16mb buffer instead of the 8mb on the one I ordered. I'm just wondering if anyone could tell me the different between these two drives and if the $10 is worth whatever difference that may be? Also why is the one with higher buffer cheaper? As always, reliabity is most important. Help?
