digital camera help needed

I got my wife a cannon s100 for christmas but and she has filled up the memory. Now what does she do, she ask. Well i had her upload them onto our computer with adobe and she did some editing but now what? Is there a good place to go and get them developed? It seems that online would be easyest but where does she go? Any links i can check out?

Most people just get a decent inkjet printer and print away. You can get different services to print them out and the results are superb, but it can get costly and everyday snapshots printed on photo paper on an inkjet look close enough to film prints anyway. Even getting a dye sublimation printer would probably be a better deal than getting someone else to print your pictures if you plan on doing it often.

You can also burn them them to disk and take to your local kodak developer. They can put them on photo paper just like regular film shot. The cost is about the same as developing the difference is you can choose what shots to put on paper. : )

i suggest going through an online developer like ofoto.com or buying a nice hp photosmart printer 180-400 dollars and print them out yourself, i bought a hp 1215 and some kodak photo paper and all's i have to do is cut the pictures and frame em, works great.

I just wanted them to look really good or she will ditch it and go back to film. I had visions of her printing them out on our injet and someone getting the slightest water on it and bleeding. I have a lexmark z51 right now but i am sure half the color is clogged because i never use it.

For printing digital pictures I really really really recommend the Epson Photo 780 or Epson Photo 820. I am printing picture with my 780 that are amazing. Nobody can believe these are coming out of a printer. I use the Epson photo papers (different sizes and qualities). I am completely satisfied.

Upload them to wal-mart photo center. They only charge .26c per picture and the quality is better than any printer I've seen. If you factor in the cost of the paper and ink, you can't print them that cheap.

26 cents per photo, what size exactly? However with printing you have more power, you can alter the photo, with printing software you can make a sheet of 5x7's/4x6's wallet size etc, if you are looking for just regular prints then probably walmart or any other would work out well, i perfer printing, because you get it right away, you can change the pictures, print out what you want, make cards/cd labels/or anything else, just my 2 cents though.

My 2 cents. I just bought a HP 1115 photosmart printer and it prints very high quality. I bought it so I don't have to pay for developing as much. Alot of the time I will view pics on the computer( no need for developing or printing). Good luck
