American Conservatives = Status-Quo Minimal-Government Capitalists

Not really. American liberals are for what liberals have promoted for the last three hundred years - Western secular humanism. Not freedom FROM religion, but freedom from oppression for one’s religion. Free market, but with protections for individual liberty against both state and private sector. In short, liberals are for maximum individual liberty, though with the understanding that compromises have to be made to have civilization.

Unfortunately today that is being corrupted into progressivism, which indeed is increasingly authoritarian and trades individual liberty for group-based privileges. One of the major tenants of Western liberalism is that laws must apply equally to everyone, but proggies change that by group. In some ways, the progressive is the antithesis of the liberal.

As far as American conservatives, their adherence to minimal government is a mile wide and an inch deep. As we have seen, the loudest advocates of small government are just as happy as the foamiest proggies to use the armed might of government to control others’ behavior. Even Libertarians are all too often eager to extend more freedom to corporations than to individuals. Power corrupts.

Silencers are awesome. They should accompany each weapon, since that is the thing that individuals purchase weapons for. I wouldn't purchase a firearm unless I had some individual to slaughter with it, and I imagine that is the motivation behind why the vast majority purchase weapons (they need to murder people)... so unless you are purchasing a chasing rifle it should accompany a silencer.

Not certain why everybody needs to boycott them. Silencers don't slaughter individuals, they simply enable professional killers to do it discreetly.

Apart from Silencers we should also start wearing a spam link deleted This will make sure that nobody knows that you carry a gun and nobody will feel threatened.

Silencers are great. They really should come with every weapon, since that's what people buy weapons for. I wouldn't buy a gun unless I had somebody to kill with it, and I think that's the reason why most people buy guns (they want to kill people)... so unless you are buying a hunting rifle it should definitely come with a silencer.

Not sure why everyone wants to ban them. Silencers don't kill people, they just help assassins do it quietly. I'm sure chicago would sleep better at night without all that loud gunfire, that's probably where they should start handing them out.
