Here's the message I'm getting a boot up:
DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER
When I press enter, it boots up just fine!! But I get this messsage every time. The BIOS is set to boot from Floppy first, then ATA100 controller. There is no floppy in the drive.
Here is the system:
ASUS A7V board
45GB IBM ATA100 Drive
AMD 1GHZ Thunderbird
512MB Crucial RAM
Video, floppy, cd rom, nic, etc...
Win2K is installed in one partition on the drive.
Does anyone know what the problem is? I'm building this for a friend, and would like to get rid of this message that comes up EVERY time you reboot.
Thanks!
