Wanna take my wife and kids to Disney this May. Anyone have any ideas on how to save some money on tickets? hotels? We are going to drive so we can see family on the way.

Rent a U-Haul, but some air mattresses, and camp out in the Wally World parking lot.

There is a special directly through disney world for 7 nights for the price of 4. That is hotel and park tickets.

Disney is running all kinds of specials. My emails are all due to being a Florida resident, but in this economy probably anyone can get the same deal.

What about just using copious amounts of LSD and a bunch of diaramas?

Check out both of the above for info and possible deals. The travel agents that are affialaited (sp) with intercot.com, Magical Journeys, do not charge for their survices and are more than happy to do email quotes. I've used them in the past and they seem to know all the deals.

The best deal is when the wife takes the kids and you stay at home.

i'd recommend staying at one of the disney resorts. they're typically more expensive, but they're well worth it.
