Hello all. This is the first deal i found.

its 39.97 - 20 dollar rebate = 19.97, but shipping is about 10 bucks.

i read somewhere that tigerdirect isnt that good of a store, but i checked the rebate, and it goes to the same address as the other dlink rebates.


its an 802.11b wireless router

It's OK. I bought one of those DI-614+ factory refurbs at Fry's several months ago for $29.99AR. It works, but the case is scratched up on one side.

Fry's has it again through Tuesday for $29.99AR ($20MIR) + tax, so it's about the same price as TD.

Great product and good price. My local fry's has this new for 49.99- 20MIR. So I guess that's an alternative for those that do not like to deal with TigerDirect. In either case it's an easy to use and very reliable product.

Good router, really easy to get set up and working. That said, I'm not sure I'd jump on this. I bought mine in Sept for ~$15 new AR, and it shows up for $20 new AR every few weeks. If you need something now though, this isn't a bad deal.

The 614+ was really rough In The Beginning. These days, it's so mature that it is the budget 802.11b+wired router to own.

The latest firmware rev. has added static DHCP mappings. Works so well anymore that I keep looking for the Cisco badge hidden somewhere.

Of course, I CANNOT get this thing working with my DWL-900AP+ access point.

Link for the copy n paste impaired readers. Thanks to the O.P. for a hot deal on a quality wireless product. The DLink G spec router is highly recommended but at a much higher price.

I got a 614+ for $15 at OfficeDepot after coupon and rebate. Comments: excellent range, very nice router for routing some WAN (whether cable or DSL).
But conversely, when I turned off DHCP and used it as an access point, it would get flaky, and the connection wasn't always solid, though the range was still good.

I would pay a few more bucks and get a Netgear MR814 router for the mid $30's with shipping either at Amazon or Computers4SURE.

It's the DI-624 (11Mbps) on sale for that price. The DI-614+ is on clearance for $59.90 - $20MIR = $39.90. I thought the same thing earlier, but I saw it in-store and in the ad again.

You really should make your post title a little more informative. Include stuff like price, and AR for After Rebate, or PM for Price Match. Also including something like "router" in the title would help. If you are even a little bit creative, you can pack a ton of information into the thread title.

The router is very nce easy to setup and works like a charm when using dlink wireless nic.

I have one and I love it. The Firmware updates add a whole array of new functionalities. I have a DWL-810+ Wireless Bridge to play with my Playstation and XBox online at 22mbs with this router since it is very console-gaming friendly. A great deal for $1.25 AR from OfficeMax a while ago...

Maybe a different Fry's price? I just bought another one to do a wireless setup for my coworker and I bought it for that price. Also got one at CompUSA for the same price, ended up returning that one though because it was defective. Who knows
