Hi all, hope this is the right forum to post this.
I just bought a Sony Blu-ray player that's Wifi & DLNA equipped -- I want to be able to play audio and video files from my PC on my TV & stereo.
I now understand that is's not just as easy as sharing folders -- apparently I need to run some sort of a server on my PC? A DLNA media server?
I've looked for some software out there to run such a server, but I can't seem to find anything decent that works. Can someone point me toward a decent software package? Or possibly a tutorial for how to set this up? I literally have three folders, one audio, video, and pics, and I just want access to them from the Blu-ray player. Seems like it shouldnt be very hard... but I cant figure it out.
Thanks in advance.
